Semen analysis says 2.5 lacs count & only few numbers are motile took all tests(fsh level hiv etc) evrythng is normal. what to do for geting pregnancy?

IVF: In vitro fertilization may be the answer in this case. Sperm with low motility don't survive and don't make it to the fallopian tube to get to the egg. This can be remedied with ivf where sperms don't have to travel. Check with a fertility center.
