Several!: Several strains of hpv are implicated in cervical cancer pathogenesis. The common one are 16, 18, 31, 33 and 35.

Not prostate: No HPV is indicated in prostate cancer. Please don't equivocate the two. Prostate cancer is almost entirely due to androgenic stimulation as far as we know now. Not HPV.
