Your own doctor: Should prescribe this medication and recommend dosage, if s/he feels it's indicated. Many men find doses of 10-20mg per day effective. Some may find this too much though. Please know there are also non-pharmaceutical ways of dealing with premature ejaculation, and you can ask your physician about those also.
