Yes: Yes, this dose of Paroxetine is considered to be a maximum dose, but if it is clearly helpful without side effects, then it's OK to continue it. Keep in mind that Paroxetine can cause withdrawal symptoms if suddenly stopped, so any changes with it need to be done in a very gradual way.
