Can there be a mistake reading on gonorrhea for vaginal culture swab? i have not had sex but test says i am pos. for gonorrhea. parents are neg.

Yes: It certainly could be a false positive. I'd recommend getting retested. Be sure to talk with your doctor about your health history. If y ou have never had sex of any kind, it would be very unlikely that the test is positive.
