It happens: Gonorrhea travels in moist secretions like saliva or vaginal fluid. Penile gonorrhea can sometimes be avoided with a condom. Whether he picked it up & gave it to you or vice versa, you both need treatment. You can decide what forms of sexual contact were needed to spread the germ to the sites listed.
