Unlikely : Oral gonorrhea is transmitted by oral sex . Vaginal sex cant cause oral inflammation. But any case of gonorrhea should be treated. Untreated may lead to " disseminated" infection and sometimes may cause knee septic arthritis. STD prevention and testing is the key. Check w doctor if doubt.
