A member asked:

I recently had a vasectomy, the doc said that he could only do my left vas defrens due to my right one being to short. is this possible and how?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tight scrotum: If the scrotum is tight and the testis cannot be pulled downward, it is possible that the vas cannot be accessed under local anesthesia. When this occurs, doing the procedure under anesthesia will always allow access to the vas.
