Adrenaline: After a high Adrenalin situation like sex there is an excess of it for awile. That makes muscles tend to shake when attempting to relax, like after sex. The same thing happens to muscles after they have been fatigued to the max and they are recovering. In that case it is from lactic acid. Most (not all) tremors improve during exercise. Some drugs legal or otherwise, caffeen, and stress worsen it.
