See your pediatricia: If your son is having pain in his testicle area, you may need to get an ultrasound. You should see your pediatrician. The right ribcage problem could be muscular, but he needs to be examined for possible causes.

An Ultrasound: Pain in the groin area as well as the abdominal area may be at the specific site or "referred". Possible causes of the right testicular pain could be a hernia (which can sometimes cause abdominal discomfort), twisting, trauma. The left testicle needs to be located with the assistance of the ultrasound. The right upper abdominal pain may also be due to the ribs/muscles being irritated.
