Colorectal surgeon: You need an expert evaluation, which would best be given by a colorectal surgeon. S/he will be able to tell you after taking a history and examining you what the issue likely is; whether it will resolve spontaneously, or with medicine, or if it may be something that requires a surgical approach. Don't delay.
