Right testicular pain pain is dull not constant on and off had sex 2 days in a row testies were getting some rough blows no bumps or swellin what's up?

Likely normal: Discomfort in one or both testicles a common and usually self-limiting occurrence at one time or another, especially in sexually active young males. Usually related to excessive stimulation or congestion of testicle from prolonged foreplay and resolves within 24-48 hours.
