No: Periods on the pill are completely artificial and generally will be lighter. In some they will completely disappear. There is nothing wrong with this and you can expect them to return to normal when and if you stop the pill.

Yes: Your period shouldn't start until the end of the pack during the placebo portion. During days 22-28.

Several: A type of back support called a pregnancy harness can help as you progress with the pregnancy and guided exercise as long as it is cleared by your ob/gyn. A tens unit can also be of benefit.

Yes: Dermoids do not prevent pregnancy but the diagnosis should be confirmed by sonogams. Unless they are very large they usually will not cause problems, but they can twist or rupture so removal might be advisable & can be done laparoscopically before pregnancy.
