Possible: Pregnancy is possible but difficult to tell based on the symptoms your described. Remember if you just had your period then either you are not pregnant or possibly had a spontaneous miscarriage. If that's not the case, then consider taking a home pregnancy test. Also please try to be safe and always use condoms when sexually active.

Take test: Unlikely, but 25% of pregnancies have some bleeding in the first trimester, so if in doubt, it is always smart to take a test. See provider if in doubt.
