Any birth control: Pill can help with mood swings. In my experience, there isn't a particular pill that is better than any other. However each pill can have a different effect on an individual woman. Try and see what happens. Often mood swings are related to the Progesterone in the pill. So if one pill doesn't help i will prescribe another bcp with a different progesterone. Levlen (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) has potent progesterone.
