Will tablets for worms (threadworm) affect my birth control pill? i am on levlen (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) ed. the worming medicine is called combantrin-1 with mebendazole.

Unlikely.: Mebendazole is not well absorbed from the intestine; there will be hardly any of it actually in your blood stream. To be on the safe side, separate doses by 4-12 hours.
