Gynecomastia: Depending on how severe your gynecomastia is, it should be addressed differently. Mild forms can be treated with simple liposuction or direct excision. More severe cases require actual skin removal to prevent excess skin. Would definitely meet with an endocrinologist to rule out hormonal causes.
