HIV Exposure: Yes. Of course. Penises that are erect leak semen and semen inside of the anus, if it has HIV virus in it, can cause infection. This phenomenon, known as 'pre-cum" is real. I would advise that you get to your physician to begin treatment to prevent infection and to have your boyfriend tested for hiv.

Possible but..: If you boyfriend is infected with hiv, then you can possibly get infected. Wearing the condom after insertion is likely locking the barn door after the horse has already run away. It's best that he gets tested for hiv. If positive, then you should get tested too a few weeks later.
