Break thru bleeding: Having spotting and now cramping in the 3rd pack of birth control pills sounds like break through bleeding. This can just occur out of the blue, but is more likely to occur it a bcp was taken late or missed. Cramping often means a period is coming. Check with your doc if this doesn't resolve on it's own.
