Timing is everything: The cause of the bleeding and pain depends very much on their timing during your menstrual cycle. If the bleeding & spotting occurred around the time you were expecting your period, then it could be menstrual cramping or even pain from endometriosis. If about halfway between periods, however, id be wondering about possible ovarian cyst rupture. May want to take a home pregnancy test too, ok?
