Can miscarraige symptoms come and go at 14 weeks? i had brown spotting few days ago with very light cramps but it only lasted a few hours. im back to normal now & its been 6 days since.

Pregnancy : One episode of Brown spotting and light cramps could be normal in pregnancy. However a Gyn exam and/or Ultrasound could confirm if the pregnancy is still viable.
