Can miscarraige symptoms come and go at 14 weeks? i had brown spotting few days ago with very light cramps but it only lasted a few hours. im back to normal now & its been 3 days since.

Spotting at 14w ?'s: Spotting at 14 weeks is unusual, but may be related to irritation of the cervix with sexual relations. Best is to see your OB physician for an exam to determine if the spotting is pregnancy related. Pelvic ultrasound may be necessary.
