What do you do if you find a little lump on your penis? could it be a little cyst?

Observe: If there is no pain, no increase in size and you have no reason to suspect why it is there, leave it alone and observe it for a while. If it changes, causes pain, forms a blister, grows, bleeds, turns red or such, then get it checked out.
