I am on two antibiotics; one is sulfa, one is cipro (ciprofloxacin). when i take them my hands get clammy and shaky. what does this mean? is it normal?

Why 2 abx?: I'm curious to know why you have been given 2 antibiotics. More likely you are having a reaction from either one. But you need to ask the medical professional why 2 abx given unless they were worried about MRSA which the sulfa would be more likely to help.
