Trying to conceive for second baby since 3yr, first one is 5yr, with regular periods and one right ovary has removed, having sex during fertile period?

See a doctor: I don't know the reason you removed one of your ovaries. It may resulted in pelvic adhesion and possible tubal dysfunction. I recommend to see a fertility doctor to help you to conceive your second child.
