Time is a factor: Average fertility rate is only about 20% when you start trying. Only at around a year mark it reaches 80-90% I know it seems like everyone who holds hand gets pregnant quickly but it also has to do with age, timing of intercourse and other medical issues (if present) With your age, I would recommend you see a reproductive specialist ASAP.
