Needs evaluation: If you have been trying to get pregnant for more than 12 months without success then it is time to schedule a consultation for infertility. Testing can be done to determine the cause and treatment. If your periods are irregular then you may not be ovulating. If your D and C was done for a miscarriage then this would indicate that you do not have a fertility problem and that you should keep trying
