No: Part of the neat plan of the body is we have some duplicates in important parts. Part of the pattern setting feature of your remaining ovary is its monthly ovulation. If you were quite irregular, you could assume you were not ovulating on a regular basis.Your pattern proves this is not the case.

Yes you may all year: The fact that you "get your period every month" should reassure you that your remaining ovary is working well. If you continue to ovulate regularly and the Falopian tube on the same side of your ovary is healthy and normal, your chances of conceiving at any time of the year are pretty good.
