A member asked:

Sewing needle prick wound with little blood after 24 hours, is there risky not cover the wound to touch things?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tetanus shot: I hope that you are up to date on tetanus immunization. While the risk is remote, it is not a bad idea to get a booster shot of tetanus if your last dose was more then 10 years ago. Otherwise a needle prick would seal itself in a day or so.
