Got poked lightly by a syringe-less needle in a park on my heel, there was no bleeding and no visible bloody-wound, only prickly feeling. needle might have poked not deep enough to produce blood. is there any hiv risk?

Would take this very seriously, as possibly this was dropped by a drug user. Have your doctor evaluate your situation, as it is impossible to predict what consequences may ensue, BUT cover the possible risks. We have NO way of predicting where this may proceed. Hopefully, this is a chance encounter and winds up harmless.
