I've read a lot of conflicting information regarding the "pullout method". in a committed relationship, how reliable is it for pregnancy prevention?

Poor: Me produce a pre-ejaculate or pre emissions that will make it impossible for him to detect that is leaving his body. Even if he is able to detect his orgasm arriving, he will never be able to sense or "pull-out" without release of pre emissions. Without the use of at least a condom. There is a good likelihood of conception.

Not good enough !: The problem is that a small amount of semen may escape before wihdrawal-even with a motivated male-and therefore failuresare more common than with usual recommended methods.
