No: The urinary tract and the digestive tract are different systems. So if you are having bloody urine, especially if you are having urinary frequency and pain when you urinate then you need to go to the doctor to get checked for a urinary tract infection. If you are starting your period or you have a site that is bleeding externally than that might be causing the blood in your urine.
