My question is about my penis. i am 16 and uncircumcised my foreskin only goes up to the bottom edge of the head of my penis when it ould cover the whole head. also my penis hard is 5 and soft is 3 inches is this normal?

Might not cover all: The long and the short of it... baby boys come complete with foreskins. Some are longer, some shorter, but that doesn't matter. As long the foreskin slides back and forth over the head of the penis by the time a boy is a teen, there should be no problem. Having a mildly shorter foreskin is fine. Realize that some people go through the pain of cutting off foreskin and are walking around with none.
