Diagnosed with chylmadia 1 month ago. took apo doxycycline. another chylmadia test and positive again. what do i do now? married.

Two possiblities: 1.) your Doxycycline rx was ineffective because of bacterial resistance. Or 2.) you were re-exposed to chlamydia after the initial rx. Make sure you follow up with your md and chlamydia cultures and if needed change antibiotics.
