PRP: While not unreasonable to try, there is very little support in the literature that this will provide much benefit. If you have a high grade tear, chances are that this will progress to a complete tear if you remain very active. Strengthening your thigh muscles ; adding some additional protection with a brace may be of some benefit.

Platelet Rich Plasma: PRP or platelet rich plasma injection is very effective for a number of indications. These include facial rejuvenation, hair regrowth, sexual rejuvenation, healing musculoskeletal injuries and arthritis, and more. While I have not seen research specifically for partial ACL tear, one would assume that this would be a good indiciation for PRP. E.g. prp is known to be good for partial tendon tears.

Not effective: There is no scientific evidence that prp therapy would be in any way beneficial to the healing of an acl tear, partial or otherwise.

Unclear: There is no clear scietific evidence to support the use of prp in healing acl partial tears. However, prp is likely not harmful and may have potential healing advantages that we cannot currently quantify or discern. Supporting evidence is anecdotal.
