A 55-year-old male asked:

Do you really need to treat internal hemorrhoid with canasa if you don't have bleeding or symptoms. just small anal fissure.?

Anal fissure: Your anal fissure will need to be treated. The internal hemorrhoids are not bleeding so you can observe them. Life style is your choice. Most patients feel better after treatment. Talk to your surgeon you may continue to watch and see if you get better on your own. Hope it helps.
