Auscultation and sp02 normal. good x-ray w/in last month. spirometry 2day. why more dyspnea a week after quitting than ever while smoking? throat itchy & left lung feels numb. 24/7, unlike w/ panic.

Nicotine withdrawal: May be symptoms related to coming off the nicotine. Would follow up with your doctor if does not improve in the next several weeks.

More sensitive.: It could be that your lungs are more sensitive due to the cessation of smoking and they've opened up more, this letting in particles that trigger a response. It also could be that you've developed allergies to air particles, etc.. Your reflux and anxiety might also contribute. If it gets worse, see your doctor for allergy testing, but also stay off smoking as this is a good step.
