How do I quit smoking? Because of my cold, its summer time to I have a dry throat, cough blurry vision runny and sore nose, does smoking ciggaratte cause that?

Smoking cessation: All of these symptom you are having can be directly a result of smoking, or, if not a direct result they can certainly be worsened by the smoking. Smoke is an irritant, and a poison that the body does not like or want, so it will try to get rid of it by the symptoms your feeling. My patients have had much success using nicotine patches, lozenges, and gums. Search online for more info good luck!
