Depends: Do you have culture proven sinusitis that would require ciprofloxacin? Usually this is not a 'first reach' unless you have allergies to other abx. That said if you still have the symptoms of sinusitis you might need a longer course of antibiotics, or possibly a different abx if your infection hasn't responded to a the abx your currently on...Return to provider who prescribed your abxs.
