Is there a difference in humira and enbrel (etanercept) treatment of psoriasis?

No great...: No great differences. Enbrel (etanercept) is once weekly and Humira is once every two weeks. They have similar efficacy in large trials, but differences exist between individuals! both should be tried only after Methotrexate therapy has failed!

Yes: It depends on the disease being treated. For
psoriasis (my field is dermatology), there is
infliximab (remicade), ustekinemab (stelara),
alefacept (amevive) - not used much now and golimumab (simponi) - not used much either.
