Both work: It's your these medicines are effective. The reason medication stop working may depend on many factors. Sometimes the body develops resistance to a medication that is working fine. The resistance can occur because of antibodies against the drug. It can also occur because the mechanism of the disease of the illness can change differently at the molecular level. Is there another way to treat my psoriasis from psoriatic arthritis? So far have tried uv therapy, low dose radiation treatment, methotrexate, humira, enbrel, halabetasol ointment, coal tar, hylatopic, and any other cream my dermatologist could think of.

Humira and Methotrexate are not working for my psoriasis. I asked the doctor about Stelara (ustekinumab). Dr. hasn't seen good results w/other patients on Stelera so doesn't use it. What would you recommend?
Can psoriatic arthritis have a positive RF factor? Was diagnosed with seropositive RA. Take methotrexate 1cc weekly and Humira biweekly. Have developed psoriasis on both elbows. Blood work only showed RF +,elevated CRP, high Sed rate.Could it be PSA?
