enbrel (etanercept) 50 mg sq x 3 months for ra + psoriasis. very little improvement. any downside to increasing to enbrel (etanercept) 50 mg sq twice weekly? mtx not tolerated.

Switch!: If not ccp antibody positive i would doubt ra. I would switch to Humira (adalimumab) 40 mg per week. Leflunomide would be an option!

Enbrel (etanercept): The dose is correct. You can ask to switch to 25mg sc 2x/week or you might need a completely different biologic medication.
