A member asked:

Is it safe ti be around firework smoke while pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely harm: While concentrated fireworks smoke is likely to be harmful, these are ignited out of doors and are quickly diluted by the atmosphere and wind. It is highly unlikely that you would inhale enough to harm either yourself or your developing baby. If you are close enough to get symptoms, then you are more at risk from the explosion itself.
