Is it safe to smoke marijuana while pregnant?

No: Number one the toxins in the smoke are bad. Number two the hallucinogenic compounds could potentially be harmful to developing fetus. Lastly if the baby's urine tests positive you could have issues with department of child services.

No: That's the short answer. The longer answer is that while pregnant, whatever you put into your body, you also put into the body of your developing fetus. In many cases we know absolutely that certain substances like alcohol can definitely cause damage and birth defects. With other substances, we do not know the effects on the fetus, but think it a very good idea to not expose a fetus to any drugs.
