Yes: Depending on frequency. Gastric acids are in your stomach to breakdown the foods that we eat, basically destroying them into smaller pieces. When you throw-up these acid can destroy your esophagus, get into your lungs and mouth to destroy your teeth and gums. The bigger question is why do u feel the need to "eat too much". Talk to your dr about this issues as soon as you can.
