Lexapro is a relatively short acting SSRI antidepressive medication, but if the headaches, nausea/vomiting are related to Lexapro, the effects of this medication should be absent in the very near future. The onset of migraines with attendant nausea/vomiting may be independent of Lexapro. Obtain a referral to a neurologist to confirm the symptom origin.

Get proactive and contact your doctor and explain what has occurred. Simple interventional approaches should handle this easily. If headaches become a chronic problem, seek neurological consultation.
