UTI: Very very unlikely. If you mean that your wife is performing fellatio and you are afraid that the organism causing UTI will infect her that is highly improbable. If, however, you have stds like syphilis, hiv, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and so on, then this is possible to be transmitted in that fashion.
