No & no: I have not heard nor seen any evidence that urinary tract infections are contagious. However, it's possible that sex can increase one's risk, typically for female partner in vaginal sex & male w/o condom in anal sex. But can your wife pass her UTI to you if you're not wearing a condom? No. Still it's important to encourage to finish her antibiotics & not save any for next uti.

Unlikely, depending: ...On the agent causing the uti. If it is gonorrhea, chlamydia, or another sti-type organism, then risk increases. Otherwise, longer urethra in males tends to protect from UTI acquisition. Especially if you urinate shortly after intercourse.
