I took a picot while 3 months pregnant what will happen?

Taking 1 is not: likley to be an issue. Picot contains Citric Acid which is FDA pregnancy Category B and Sodium Bicarb with is FDA pregnancy Categor C (which means that negative effects to fetus can't be ruled out.). Thus it is not recommended during pregnancy. I am not sure if there are any formulations that contain aspirin.
