Ask you OBGYN Doc: I believe this is an antacid of some kind. The usual rule in pregnancy is that nothing is 100% safe, having said that I would think you can find a reasonably safe antacid but its use needs to be blessed by the OBGYN Doctor. He will know what you can use.

Ask your ob/gyn: For any drug you want to administer during pregnancy, if it is an antacid most probably it is safe,read the labels carefully though.Drugs during pregnancy are classified according to categories A,B, C, D and X. Most drugs fall in the first three ,with A being the safest, D used only in life threatening conditions,while X is completely contraindicated,check with your OB,wish you a healthy pregnancy
